能让AMZ REMOVED 掉这个 CHARGEBACK 吗

开了chargeback，我应了，说明delivered了，带signature。8月份，此chargeback被

chargeback.” 但紧接着却又有一个chargeback，还是同一交易。我又应了一遍，重复
了上次的应答。一直到现在，Status 还是”Pending“， Detail：”This chargeback

欠款要慢慢挤， 想挤牙膏一样。
国外做生意， 防的是信用卡 chargeback
这对于网络上作生意的人来说尤其重要
第一， 由于网络上收款， card not present,
所以每笔交易的服务费要高些
第二， 发生了 chargeback 之后， 根本没法 DISPUTE，
所以只能预防
第三， chargeback 之后不仅拿不到钱， 反而会损失15-20刀。
我通过以下行之有效的方法， 一年不过一两次chargeback
1. 看客户留的 EMAIL， 是否是公司客户， 如果是HOTMAIL 等免费的就要小心
2. 看IP 地址与客户留的地址是否一致， 不过这个信息现在可以作假了
3. 卡背后的三位数
4. 在google 上查看客户留的电话， 如果有疑问， 就打个电话问候
5. 实在是有疑问， 宁愿不收那个钱也罢， 也不要损失
就算这么小心， 我还是有着了道的时候，只能认了。 |

但是这个事情，二手自己人交易，分明人家联系了N多次，千呼万唤不回应，一charge
back马上给假tracking，这个不是有鬼是什么？假tracking用来对付二手交易？联系这
么多次，即便是误会，也应该马上回应，澄清了就好了，被chargeback也应该找buyer
问问怎么回事。这里面漏洞万千，真当别人都是傻子呢
除开这个假tracking不说，被大家置疑关注之后，竟然用ps搞了一个假的point交易记
录图片，被技术流在二手戳穿。
哪个信用卡这么牛，话又说回来，你们所谓的骗子都敢收CC，而且收的很从容。
不过话说回来，要是我遭到chargeback，肯定是想办法给paypal个tracking的，
既然这里和二手不是允许求个到什么地方的tracking，难道求的tracking是要藏在心里

我的citi和chase的信用卡都最多2个月，这个wells fargo bank以前都没太听过，不过
我还是要马上申请一张。申请了这张卡，4个月后找个理由return，这应该就算合法
return了吧。
paypal这个流氓告诉我，还有能chargeback not as described一年的信用卡，谁要是

一个转运站，fedex买了签名，投送当天的流程里有个奇怪的 “Incorrect address”
，但是也投递了，签名也拿到了。
一开始paypal出现unauthorized payment的时候，提交了签名和tracking，paypal就说
Chargeback disputed，不会扣我钱，case也关掉了。忽然过了一个月，这个case又开
了，显示说：
