operators handling of the situation as you can see below:

While the lady's life was under severe threat, the operator leisurely asked
for many useless questions. I also have a strong feeling that she was
actually making fun of the lady's accent who made the call. You should read
the comments on the video and see what many other people's thoughts over her
handling of the call.
Again, I am not sure if she immediately dispatched police cruisers for this
event... and I leave it to you to handle the details and figure out if this
is actually fine by police standard. Put yourself, or anyone into the lady's
shoes, and think if she got what she deserve for the tax she paid. | D********6
