不想和GM那帮人继续浪费时间了.刚刚递交了BBB申述,大家可以参考下.

Complaint Description:
I purchased the 3 months membership of online game M&MHK on 26/02/2011, with
a cost of $12.99. My account in one of the game world (US server 1, season
2) was terminated by the game manager on 28/03/2001. I have tried to contact
with the game manager group several times to ask the reasons why my account
was terminated. They refused to communicate with me anymore by claiming the
case had been closed, even they could not provided convincing reasons. The
reasons that game managers (Mr. Spamhain, Mr. Grimm, and Mr. ChemZero) gave
to me were: 1. They had the right to terminate the membership (in a game
world) of a customer without warning 2. They believed that I violated the
rule by abusing the auction market Yes, I agree a game manager has the right
to terminate the membership of a customer, but this should only based on
some written policies well open to the public. When I asked about the
relative policies which led to the termination, they just gave me a link to
a discussion post which was buried deep inside the forum. When I asked if it
was the requirement of M&MHK that all players should read every post in the
forum in detail in order to avoid being banned without any notices, they
refused to answer my question. Besides, the so called "abusing the auction
market" violation is not widely accepted, even by the game managers of M&MHK
servers in other regions (e.g., European servers). They pointed out that
using auction house to exchange resources between players was not encouraged
, which is far from a serious violation which can lead to an immediate ban
of the membership (in a game world). Furthermore, the game masters'
allegation is based on his own assumptions, not the facts. They mentioned
auction house pushing. But I only exchange resources with balanced rate,
which cannot be defined as pushing. When I asked about the definition of
auction house pushing. They refused to answer. They also accused my action
will cause the imbalance of the game if I kept doing this. But I only
exchanged less than 50 resources, which is far from the amount which will
cause the imbalance of the game. They are accusing me with some thing I had
not done, and would not do if they gave me a warning in advance! One of the
game manager exhibited several inappropriate behaviors during the discussion
of this issues among players after the ban. He played with some racial
jokes; he revised the player's post to intentionally humiliate him. I
seriously doubt his qualification as a game manager and if he can make
decisions (such as ban a player's account) based on the facts, instead of
his emotion. I have hard copies of all the evident. I would be very glad to
provide them if needed.
Your Desired Resolution:
Refund; Reimbursement for the great deal of time I spent in this game;
Official apologies from the customer service team/personnel on the forum; (
Our alliance- MITBBS is treated as a group of cheaters now)
This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business
Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our
policy to allow the business 10 working days to respond to your complaint.
You will be notified when the business has responded.

我觉得没必要把游戏的细节说得太细吧,反正BBB那帮人也看不得。下面是我file的,
比较简短,基本就抓住GM无故删号。因为BBB不受理discrimination相关的complaint,
所以这部分只是稍微提了一下。

Complaint Description:
I paid the subscription fee (two times, one on 23/12/2010, one on 30/03/2011
, $14.99 each, with credit card) to play the web game MMHK provided by
Ubisoft. My id in the game was ancientgod. On March 28, 2011, my account on
the US server 1 (Season 2) was deleted by the game managers (ID: Spamhain,
Grimm, and ChemZero) without any notification or warning. The reason I got
was that I violated one rule of the game. To be specific, I used the Auction
House in the game to exchange resources with other members in my alliance,
which, the game manager claimed, was not allowed. However, I could not find
this rule mentioned in any official documentation of the game. Moreover, my
behavior is allowed on other servers of the game (e.g., the European server)
. The evidence of the rule they gave me was just a reply to an unrelated
topic in the game forum. When I tried to argue about this on the game forum,
the game managers deleted posts, altered content of posts on the same
complaint from other players, and even played racial jokes. The contact with
representatives of the company didn't give satisfactory result either. I
considered the action of the game manger violated the agreement of service
and thus ask for refund.
Your Desired Resolution:
I am seeking for refund of all the money I paid for this game, an official
apology from the company and from the game managers for the inappropriate
action and the racial discrimination language the they posted on the game
forum.

我写细节是给UBI那帮人看得.让他们拿着我提供的细节和一些没有得到回答的问题和GM
对质.每个人没必要写得一模一样.写自己觉得重要的东西就行了.
申述信最好写上你在ubi的ID;提交后点Download a copy of this complaint so you
can print it for your records备份一下
刚刚查了下,BBB已经接受了这个case,最迟10天内会从ubisoft得到答复.大家没写得快
写了.多给ubisoft一些压力.
