美服MMHK的管理实在是太混乱了 管理者参与游戏并有根据自己的利益公私不分的管理
嫌疑
我倡议，
1. 如果愿意的立即退出MMHK美服，并加入第二条去申诉要回已经花的月费;如果怕麻烦
的那么到这次subscribe结束就退出，绝不再给他们送钱。------好的网页游戏还是不
怕没有的，鄙人会努力不断为大家寻找~~~~
2. 地主出面发布一封公告，大抵就是受到不公正对待，集体退出，要申诉要回月费云
云----如果UBI本体有complain的途径也同时发一份过去抱怨美服管理。

Several members of our alliance, including me, got removed from a
intensively competing world today. According to MrGrimm (the GM), we got
removed because of abusing the auction house to send mass amounts of
resources. I should claim that we exchanged the resoures through auction
house with reasonable rates (1:2 or 1:1). Neither did we have any ideas that
it was abusing of the auction house, nor did we find any written materials
which clearly defined that it was a kind of violation. After I asked about
the policys based on which we are immediately removed from the worlds
without any waring, MrGrim composed this post TODAY!

I just cannot keep it from laughing. Is it the right way to treat a loyal
user of UBI? Banned them based on some then nonexisting but laterly composed
policys without any notification in advance? Please at lease show some
respect to our money and time! We, as well as other users, want reasonalbe
explanations. How can we feel safe to play any UBI games in the future if a
GM can ban us at his free will without basing on some written policys?
We keep our rights for further complaints and any other actions.

If this type of auction rigging were taking place in the real world, by
companies, it would constitute insider trading. In any event, the main
concern is alliance members using this to shift large amounts of resources
and circumvent the time limitations on caravans, which dramatically
accelerates the flow of resources, or pushing. It allows for an influx of
resources much greater than a constant stream of caravans could provide. It'
s exploitation of a mechanic at its most basic, and is therefore against the
rules.
This matter is closed. I will not be debating about this issue any longer.

investigation by Ubisoft staff. Ubisoft reserves the right to suspend any
player's account without prior warning and start any procedure it deems
necessary. Ubisoft can forbid or remove any actions, communication or
content visible during use of the M&MHK Services if it judges them to be
contrary to the laws in force at the time or detrimental to other members,
Ubisoft staff or Ubisoft's right in general.

In the matter of "circumventing the time it takes for a caravan to take
resources to each other" I should claim that the transportation is not
immediate. As the caravan, It also takes hours. In the matter of massive
exchange, how do you define massive? 10? 20? 50? 100? 200? ... I cannot
agree with you about the example of insider trading. We did not cheat by
exchanging info not known to the public. We did EVERYTHING in the public,
with reasonable rates, w/o harming others' interest. They are totally
different! Even if item 7 had been violated, I do not find this will lead to
an immediate removing from the world without warning. Can you show me the
policy?

player authorized to use a function for anything other than its intended use.
What you guys are doing is circumventing the time it takes for a caravan to
take resources to each other. In the real world this is considered insider
trading or stock fraud, for a real world example please look at Martha
Stewart.
This is something we have caught alliances doing before, and we have posted
about this issue in the forums. It has been and always will be a zero
tolerance issue.
And as my name is MrGrimm, I believe Sir is the right one.

caravan system was put in place to trade resources between alliance member's
for this reason, using the auction house as an instant caravan is not

First of your account has not been terminated, your account has merely been
removed from play on The Dragon Legacy 2.
The abuse of the auction house is this for example. You set up an auction
for 50 ore the asking price is 1 gold. That is abusing the auction house to
move resources to other players be that they are in your alliance, or not.
The caravan system was put in place to trade resources between alliance
member's for this reason, using the auction house as an instant caravan is
not permitted.
We have talked about this issue on the forums numerous times.
In the code of conduct:

I have checked the code of conduct carefully and found that this case might
be related to the following item: 7. It is forbidden to abuse or exploit any

other than its intended use. I think you believe that I have abused the
market function by requesting massive resource exchange. I should say that
UBI has not claimed this is a kind of abuse before, neither did I notice
this was a kind of abuse. The exchange rate is balanced. How coming it is a
kind of abuse?? Even it HAD BEEN a abuse, this kind of action would not
result in immediate termination of the account, as which is clearly
mentioned in item 9: 9. It is forbidden to use programs or tools for
pirating/modifying/fraud. Using these types of programs will result in
immediate termination of the account, and may even give rise to personal
liability and/or penal penalties. I has been a long time loyal player of
HOMMK. I really hope any kind of warnings can been given before the
termination of my account, into which I have put my money and a great deal
of time, because of some misunderstanding. I am expecting the explanations
of the necessarity of removing me from the world immediately just because of
misunderstanding, and without any intention of abusing the game. Thanks for
the help.
