I hurt my lower back over a year ago when doing squat. I cannot do any leg
exercises due to sciatic pain and my knees became weak. Two weeks ago was
the first time I resumed leg press without my back and legs hurting. Started
with light weight, so far so good.
My doc told me to take VD3. I always forgot to:-( |

这疼那疼的。你医生都建议了,那就要吃。我是家里和办公室各放一瓶,无处可忘。另
外我博客你推荐的是5.000IU的,一星期只吃3次就行了,省点事。

者elliptical供全家人用。我老妈有一个膝盖做了置换手术,同时又有骨质疏松,这样
的情况elliptical 和rowing machine 哪个更适合她?我自己比较倾向于rowing
machine, 觉得轻巧一些。搬运起来方便一点。请有经验的给点意见,
