I planned on pausing on the chest, but on the way down I knew I wouldn't be
able to get it back up if I paused. So I just did touch-n-go. Will get the
pause next time.
The 3 attempts were:

I am usually pretty good at gauging my max based on my training and haven't
failed a bench press rep since 2013. If I knew I were to fail a rep, I
would try my best to land the bar on my chest as opposed to my throat/head
area.

s***r 发帖数: 358 | 5 Yeah, my power rack has 3" hole spacing. If I raised the safety pins, the
bar would hit them when I lower it to the chest level. One of those 1" hole
spacing power racks would be nice :)
