上个礼拜三,戴着自己的heart monitor测量心跳,发现6 mile/hr的速度心跳居然有
160~180。倒是不觉得多难受,跑了20min,降低到5.5 mile/hr,心跳也有140~150;再
降低到5mile/hr,心跳120,然后一直维持到走路cool down。后面拉韧带、sit up的时
候都差不多80~100,很费劲的器械居然也能上130~140

Can your HR go beyond 190? 195? Try a 200m dash.
