我们的这个很容易解释，但是我不是很明白需要在哪个文件里面解释： research

发帖数: 132 | 3 我的印象中，在NIH申请提交时，没有专门列出来Biohazard这一项，但在NIH Study
Section讨论proposal或Summary Statement里，Biohazard这项是单独列出来讨论的，
即acceptable或unacceptable，如果unacceptable，reviewer需要提供解释，一般
Biohazard讨论跟Authentication of Key Biological and/or Chemical Resources一
样，是在Study Section打完分以后再讨论的，理论上不会影响你的score，但实际上并
非如此。
有人是在Facilities and Other Resources 部分，把Biosafety facilities （BSL 2
hood）列出来的同时也把Biohazard procedures，Safety and biohazard training也
作为单独的段落列出来，为了保险起见，你也可以在Research Strategy里提一下，因
为很多reviewers可能不会去看Facilities and Other Resources 部分。总之，只有一
个目的，就是让reviewers知道到你已经认识到biohazard这个问题。

发帖数: 107 | 6 If the application is fundable, you should ask your PO.
I had a similar situation. After contacting my PO, she even sent me a sample
for addressing this issue.
Usually, this kind of administrative issues will not influence the
scientific merit of your application. If I remember correctly, the reviewers
are told that these issues (e,g. biohazard) are non-scorable.
However, you need to have your biosafety regulations related to your project
and IACUC approved by your place so that the NIH can process the
application and approve the funding.

我们的项目有可能被fund，但是同时我们也在准备重新提交。
我计划在research strategy里面写个段落，如同IrisYuan建议的；然后在resources
and other facilities里面写具体的内容。 |
