Does anyone here know which websites we should deposit or store the RNA sequencing and proteomics data for public access after those data are published? Are there any regulations on these in the US? Thank you very much.
H****N 发帖数: 997	2 For RNA-seq data: the National Center for Biotechnology Information Sequence Read Archive (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra). Not sure about proteomics data.
