见Dean/provost主要问钱，funding opportunity, summer support 也可以问问
diversity issues
见系里的老师可以问问学生怎么样，多少学生挂科
见Chair就问 Teaching, Research, Service requirement/evaluation. Chair一般会
主动说decision timeline
关于Start-up funding各个学校要求不太一样，可以报的项目可能包括equipment,
student support, travel, summer pay （是的，是summer salary没错 :)）。

我千辛万苦来美国，拿身份，不是为了来教黑人/Hispanic/阿三/老中学生的。。。偶
又不是新时代的白求恩！！
偶要喜欢教老黑偶直接去非洲！
偶要喜欢教hispanic偶直接去南美！！
偶要喜欢教老中偶当初本科毕业直接留校任教！！！
偶申请的时候，凡是学校白人学生（non Hispanic white哦）比例在80%以下的，以及
所在城市白人居民比例在80%以下的，统统都不予以考虑！来请我去我都不会去的~~
