成老师跟着学生的兴趣来决定方向，那不小心给带沟里去了
这种学生说白了就是眼高手低，没有责任心，以“感兴趣”来justify自己的不成熟，
很难伺候的

趣，就不应该招这个学生．

she is a PI, then he can do his/her own project. Student can propose how
they want to approach their assigned project but not their own.

比那些没motivation的强的多了。
可以和它谈谈，商量一个双方都接受的课题。灵活一些真的有必要。如果还是不行，再
让他另谋高就也不迟 |

不可多得的有独立头脑的人才，只是需要正确的引导，少走弯路。如果说不出来，那纯
粹就是个刺头，立马开了他，在组里不能开这个坏头。

told them that it is fine that they want to do their way. However, if their
project didn't work, they will take full responsibilities and consequences
like an adult.
