做了决定，不过还是偏向那个人的建议。否则，实在没法解释一个已经收了的文章又被
拒，反正我觉得editor一般不会那么闲去double check一个已经过了的文章的，除非收

I don't understand why you use the scope of this study as a reason for
rejection. Such a concern was never raised by the peer reviewers or the
other editors, and that is why this paper was accepted for publication in
your journal in the first place. Based on all the information I now know as
the author, it seems the rejection comes from nowhere and the reason you
provided is very generic by using template languages. While I understand
private journals have the
right to publish whatever they want, such a move, as I mentioned before, is
extreme and unprecedented. Out of the spirit of being professional, I hope
you can provide me specific reasons behind this extremely unusual rejection
at such a late stage when this article was originally accepted and scheduled
to be printed at this month.
我的意思就是，抓住他们不professional 的地方不放，然后在信里面放足够的证据细
节，这样才会让他们显得很难看。以后你万一实在不高兴，还可以把相关回复发到其他
杂志去用来挖苦他们。
不要乱用其他词语来骂他们，不然反而显的你没有道理。比方说biased 什么的，除非
你有确实证据，否则骂了也是白骂。

solid study就应该qalify，他们说拒绝你的理由让我觉得是nature，science之中牛哄
哄的杂志：）
我觉得positiveE说得对，不要说他们有偏见之类的话，尽量不要用negative的话－－
除非你的目的就是发泄一通，那就没意义了，要发泄还不如自己去锻炼身体。目的还是
希望他们回心转意－－虽然可能性不大，所以言辞还是要尽量客观有理有节。如果那个
manager不是你这个领域的，很可能他们也不是很sure你的contribution在哪。现在是
你的任务告诉他们你的工作的contribution在哪，解决了什么问题，有什么创新，新的
science在哪，或者说解释了一个曾经puzzle你们community的某某问题等等。目的就是
告诉editor你文章的value。写个好的rebuttal letter，完了就let go，算是对得起自
己。

Chief editor基本上就是一杂志的第一号人物了, 你找不到什么人能让他必须听命了.
你也就只能再给他回封信, 明确表达你们对他们这种明显违反行内惯例的处理方法表示
不满, 同时暗示你们希望他们不是因为私人原因或者想帮助你们竞争者才做出这类行为.
就是这样了.
然后在同行中多宣传一下你们这次经历.

不过下一步到底如何解决我就不是很懂了。我们做生物的杂志多，所以不是特别怕得罪
某一个杂志，所以如果是我的话我会直接和publisher 投诉，说这个主编行事太不
professional. 然后move on 到另外一个杂志。
你这种情况要么和你们系里其他资深老师说说，看看他们什么意见？

很多杂志都不送外审稿,如果主题太窄的话.如Science就明显说要适合大众.
要么就认为有造假之嫌,不然一般不会这么做的.
