见要不要做。 头两年做事没有报酬。。第3年说可以给10% processing charges.

publishing solutions and services, we do not plan any remuneration for the
Journal Editor in the first two years. In the following years, the Journal
Editor will receive 10% of Article Processing Charges received by Versita

两年的时间，活儿不少干，
钱一个子儿不给，
等着办H1B的时候也没有这么黑的店吧？ ：P |

个人不需要H1B... 工作量是很大，要invite submissions.
一般正常journal editor是否上任就发工资呢。

主要这个出版社都没有什么还好的刊物
至少我自己不会朝他们投文章，很难说服别人朝那投吧 |
