只是觉得拖到最后再谈，如果不行的话，岂不是双方都白费力气和时间了（又是电话，
又是onsite

standard procedure in place. you can check the univ's intl office or HR
website for info. either they do it or they don't do it.
unless you are dealing with a small college with very few intl faculty, you
shouldn't need to worry about this.

发帖数: 135 | 4 但是H1Visa必须在上班前拿到啊。所以，是在签了合同后再提出让他们办H1Visa吗？
