to ask the status. He replied that my proposal has some strong points, but
comparing with other proposals, the management team thought my proposal is
less compelling. Then, he said he would like to talk to me over the phone
sometime soon. What does this mean? What does he want to talk? From his
email, I can see that my proposal will be rejected. Then why does he want
