发帖数: 1140 | 1 在一个很小的college 里教书，整个系就两人，一个系主任，一个是我。下个学期他给
自己安排上4门课，但是都把课安排在上午，而且极其紧凑，都是从上午8：00到11：00
结束。
他给我安排5门课，连续一周五天每天三节课都是上午从11:00~1200, 下午从1：00pm~2
课，下午他就可以溜。却用这种方法让我几乎每天留在学校。今天试探着跟他谈谈，但
是他似乎不松口。实际上我在这个地方也呆不长，考虑将来跳槽得时候可能要找他写推
荐信，所以只好忍着。
现在想问的是：将来跳槽时，他的推荐信必不可少吗？谢谢建议 |

lunch. You need to 每天上午得来，下午也得来。But you don't need to come in
early morning. It's the same.
He is the chair. He has many meetings in college or so. He doesn't 溜 back
home.
When you 跳槽, you don't have to ask him to write a recommendation letter.
It is really small that a dept has only two people. |

research什么的。
就俩人的系，你相信系主任有很多的会吗？我们这个学校其他的系4个人就是大系了。
还有几个系就系主任一个人。

系主任开会都忙不过来。你要是想做research，赶快换个地方。
