发帖数: 321 | 1 飞机先是说晚点了，后来又取消。给安排了转机，比原计划晚到6个小时。本来今晚的
安排是和系主任以及program director一起吃晚饭的。晚上8点多才能到机场，学校说
给宾馆留一份更新的schedule，可能把明天中午和学生吃饭的计划取消掉，改为和这两
位一起吃饭，或者是把本来下午要结束的面试加长。
可怜LD准备了很多吃饭时候的谈话，晚上回去还可以琢磨一下以更好的兑付明天的面试
。结果在机场耽误了快一天，非常影响心情。希望明天一切顺利吧。 |

方了就万幸了。

On my way to an onsite interview, I carried my suit (the best) together with
a tie to the airplane, but forgot to take it with me. Fortunately, I packed
another suit with no tie in my luggage, just in case. So, you never know,
right? I had to borrow a tie from my search committee chair for my seminars.
During my first (research) seminar, the projector did not work and they had
to work on it for about 20 minutes. The department head joked that it was a
test on me to see how |

teaching的时候一般。而且后面还有两个人面试，可能要等一段时间才有消息。
