what's the difference between MPLS-TE FRR and MPLS-TP protection?
TP protection path is deterministic/predetermined just like UPSR in SONET,
TP uses path protection and uses in band OAM to determine failure, FRR uses
link or node protection. Both have a pre-determined backup path.
