Office & Home both have DSL Internet with dymanic IP addresses.
Router at office: Linksys RV042
I just wonder if it's possible to set up stable VPN in a router-to-router
way between the office and home? Do I need to have a static IP at office?

LinkSys
when configuring the SA, set the peer gateway using the Domain name instead
of
IP address (sorry I am not sure if Linksys actually allow this, some
gateways have
the options to use name). Also you need to somehow make the DDNS work first,
maybe
running a script somewhere to update the DDNS everytime your gateway router
is getting a new DNS or periodically

I will do some research on the dyndns.org or try to ask the boss to get
a fixed IP anyway, hoho
