版上有没有在SEMATECH工作的？有谁知道Sematech是不是H1B CAP-EXEMPT
ORGANIZATION？我知道Sematech是NOT-FOR-PROFIT，但不确信是否QUALIFIED FOR H1B
CAP EXEMPTION。
最近有一JOB OFFER，公司需HIRE一人专为SEMATECH服务， 因为H1B VISA 的问题卡住
了。作了一下RESERACH，如果我能JUSTIFY这一职位是 WORKING AT AND FOR A
QUALIFIED H1B CAP EXPEMTION ORGANIZATION， 公司就能file non-cap petition.

make sure your security clearance is not a problem. export control are
enforced in that company, which explains why there is no chinese intern or
postdoc in that company.
