some knowledge about DOE and SPC or basical statisitics and probability, so
how can you draw the conclusin by eye-balling one single spot on the whole
chart?
probably you are super big cow , citizneship with background clearance check
so IBM T.J.Watson, Intel Research and Dupont experimental station are dead
for hiring you ...however in most cases, companies are still rectantlant to
sponsor H1B or transfer H1B....
