Job Requirements (not necessarily every item, the more the better)
• Good understanding of solar and semiconductor materials and device
• Strong engineering and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in statistical process control (SPC methodology) and
software (JMP)
• Strong verbal and written skills, good team player
• Plasma enhanced CVD experience
• Wet bench experience
• DC, RF sputtering, evaporation system experience
• Realibilyt test experience
• Understand Metrology tool and data analysis (IV, CV, SEM, TEM, FTIR,
XRD, QE)
• Labview, Auto-CAD, Matlab, TCAD, PC1D
• Willing to travel to China (4~6 times a year)
Minimum Qualifications
• M.S. in Materials Science, Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering
or related field, PhD preferred;
• 2+ years of experience in Crystalline Solar or Semiconductor is a
plus;
• Demonstrated record of solving challenging process problems in a
team environment
Location:
Mountain View Area, CA
Position will be open in late May or early June
