scholars. The first position is for an individual who has solid experience
in FPGA (preferably with Altera's FPGAs) implementation with VHDL/Verilog
and DSP builder. Knowing channel coding such as LDPC codes and/or turbo
codes, channel estimation and equalization, linear precoding, sphere
decoding, iterative detection will be a plus. The second position is for
