小弟提交的EB-2最近收到了RFE，其中一个是关于I-864 Form的。原文如下:
Based on the evidence submitted, an owner of the petitioning employer is
related to the I-140 beneficiary and owns a 5% of more interest in the
employing company. Submit a completed and signed Form I-864, Affidavit of
Support, for the appropriate parties. Also, provide copies of the petitioner
/sponsor's most recent Federal income tax returns and all supporting tax
documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules).
If you have submitted Form I-864, the version you submitted is no longer
accepted. You must submit Form I-864 with a revision date of 03/06/2018. All
pages of Form I-864 must be present and of the same revision date.
请教各位有遇到相同REF的么？EB-2需要这个form么？ |
