asked my lawyer several times to prepare the medical exam forms for both my
wife and me so that we can prepare them this month. However no luck.
I already downloaded the forms from the webiste. Do I have to use the forms
from my lawyer? Thanks! |

I knew that the current prior date is only Mar 2007. Considering the
progress in the last two months, I should able to submit my 485 in July. I
want to finish the medical exam so that I can submit the filing of 485 asap. |

from uscis website but the dr office didn't use it at all. they have their
