h1b延期,第一时间就应该换工作,重新办理h1b。
如果你之前已经拿到EAD了,那就没关系了。即使EAD快过期了,你也可以自己去renew

Another option is to wait till march to file 485 and apply for ead/ap.
It takes 3 months these days to get an EAD. So after your h1b expires and
before your 485 ead is received, you cannot work. You can stay in us legally
because you are on AOS due to a pending 485, but since your h1b expires and
your ead is not on hand yet, I don't think you can work in the duration.
You can look for another job in the mean time, you should get started right
now. Ask your new company to file h1b transfer if you can secure a new job
before your current h1b expires. You can start working in the new company
once your h1b application is received and you get the receipt notice from
uscis.
Or after you get the 485 EAD, you can work using that.

485 同时申请ead 然后换工作 在h1b过期之前提交h1b transfer ?
但我这样等于485也没到180天就跳槽了 有什么样的风险呢?

Yes, you should definitely submit 485 at your current sucking company and
apply for ead/ap as well together with 485. In the meantime, look for
another job and try to get the new company file for new h1b application
before the current one expires if possible. Bottom line, the new company
should have at least applied for h1b on your behalf and you should have that
receipt of notice of the new h1b application from the new company by the
end of the 60-day grace period, which starts counting the next day of your
losing/exiting the current job.
Typically if you act fast and get a new job in a month starting now, and
your new company acts fast and do a h1b+pp, you should be fine.
You see, submitting 485 now is just a good way of ensuring you can stay here
legally with an AOS, even though you don't have another legal status. It is
OK for now. And it gives more time (much longer than the 60-day grace
period for the h1b) to look for a job. But you should definitely secure a
job within a year, at least before you get a RFE from USCIS on your 485
application. This is typically alright, since you have all the time in the
world now.
So do everything it takes for you to submit the 485 in your current company!

Since you leave your current company before 485 has been pending for 180+
days, you have to start over on the greencard process (i.e.,pwd,
advertisement, 140, 485, etc.). But if your 140 was approved and that
approval occurred more than 180 days ago. You can use this approved 140 and
carry the PD with you and use this PD in your new greencard application, so
you don't lose your PD. And you can also use this approved 140 as ground to
renew your h1b in the new company next time you need to extend your h1b in
the new company.
