。国内马上放春节假期，面签的话肯定赶不上订好的机票（最早能约12号，春节前只有
两个工作日，机票订在了初七，护照90%概率回不来）。手里有EAD卡，今年9月过期，
想着能不能用EAD卡入境，干脆不去面签了。
想问问版上大神，如果用EAD卡入境的话有什么风险没有？有什么要注意的？对H1B有没
有影响？是不是一定会进小黑屋？

没风险，没什么要注意的，没影响
要进小黑屋，进的原因是排队的柜台的CBP官员好像不能根据combo卡上的A#查信息，黑
屋里高级一点的官员查一下就放过了，一般连问题都不会问

发帖数: 650 | 7 I have exactly the same situation as you in Dec, 2018, and I just skipped
the in-person interview and use the combo card to enter US in chicago, just
have to wait in a room for about an hour to get the passport stamped by an
officer inside, not even talked to me, and handed me back the passport, but
on the passport, my status when entering Chicago is no longer H1/B, but AOS
(pending), which doesn't affect my job or anything here, I just have to get
the renewed combo card or official green card to ensure my valid/legal stay
in U.s |
