hr商量着几个类似的选一个？
我们这行业soc code好几个都可以用，我现在的组用了个很偏的。被折磨的不行了想跳
槽，可是想去的组是另一个SOC code, 求教怎么办？j form最近好像没啥消息，什么时
候会实施啊？

发帖数: 88 | 2 you define your own SOC code, and let them sign. You need to read the memo
from USCIS from March 2016.
The new note from Mar addresses on importance of SOC code. Vs. before it was
more about the job description. But good thing is that my understanding is
you may define your own SOC and description, as long as your company signs
the RFE.
