14年tax return的net income不高+我现在的wage不够cover perm wage
要公司 13,14,15，16的tax return or audited financial. 我们15年还没file。
就算我给了三年的， 14年不符合要求，岂不是还是会被锯？
16年还没过完给啥呀
我估计我白白降级，白白pp了
大家有什么建议。有没有人写过这样的response letter。可不可以分享一下

重点读下面这段。
If the net income the petitioner demonstrates it had available during that
period, if any, added to the
wages paid to the beneficiary during the period, if any, do not equal the
amount of the proffered
wage or more, USCIS will review the petitioner's net current assets. Net
current assets are the
difference between the petitioner's current assets and current liabilities.5
A corporation's year-end
current assets are shown on Schedule L, lines 1 through 6 and include cash-
on-hand. Its year-end
current liabilities are shown on lines 16 through 18. If the total of a
corporation's end-of-year net
current assets and the wages paid to the beneficiary (if any) are equal to
or greater than the proffered .
wage, the petitioner is expected to be able to pay the proffered wage using
those net current assets.
The petitioner's tax returns demonstrate its end-of-year net current assets
as:

1120S.
可以下载个1120看看schedule L的部分。
一般公司即使net income是负的，可能net current assets也能有个几千上万刀的，毕
竟是现金。
不能是平均的，必须每年都得超过。
你律师如何说的？
这个事情比较棘手。详细的搞，律师费至少得1000刀，我跟你说100个包子是开玩笑呢。

发帖数: 142 | 5 我知道你说的net assets。看过schedule L 我们是很小的cpa firm， s corp。每年有
点余付老板都distribute 给他自己了。
所以net current asset很低。前些年都是四五万的net income。14年不知怎么回事就
五六千
好吧 我问问律师吧。 本来打算让律师做降级的。结果当时律师忙着h1，不能三月低交
上去。结果急性子自己做吧，就出了RFE。
如果老板不distribute给自己那两三万 Net asset就够了。。。。 |
