小的PERM刚过，申请EB2 140 遇到棘手ability to pay 问题：
去年W-2 小于 PW （62000 vs 94XXX）；
公司去年 tax-return 收入显示负数；
net assert 不让我看，貌似有减少；
求教各位如何破。
律师建议 要么做一份audit-tax return（老板不愿意） 要么让老板给我发个3w多
bonus（本来bonus可能有个小1w，这个可以商量）
不知道是否可行
PS：PERM中间各种千辛万苦，十万火急，谢谢帮助！ |

计算一下2015 net current assets吧：
关注下面一段,发给公司老板或者会计，算一下看看。
Net current assets are the difference between the petitioner's current
assets and current liabilities.A corporation's year-end current assets are
shown on Schedule L, lines 1 through 6 and include cash-on-hand. Its year-
end current liabilities are shown on lines 16 through 18. If the total of a
corporation's end-of-year net current assets and the wages paid to the
beneficiary (if any) are equal to or greater than the proffered wage, the
petitioner is expected to be able to pay the proffered wage using those net
current assets.
