看第一个日期的解释， 注意note部分
On the chart below, the listing of a date for any class indicates that the
class is oversubscribed (see paragraph 1); "C" means current, i.e., numbers
are authorized for issuance to all qualified applicants; and "U" means
unauthorized, i.e., numbers are not authorized for issuance. (NOTE: Numbers
are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose priority date is
earlier than the cut-off date listed below.)

Employment-Based categories. It has bifurcated the Green Card filing
queues into two separate filing charts. The first chart publishes those
priority dates that are current for filing of Adjustment of Status
applications and adjudication of green card applications. The second chart,
which is new, reflects priority dates for filing only of visa applications
(Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing) within a specific time frame. |
