律师几次未得到回复，我想看看能否自己回复了REF， 但是其中有一项有几个问题：
3. You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent
employer XXX Inc, describing your present job duties and position in the
organization, your proffered position ( if different from your current one),
the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter
should be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the
organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent
employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions
of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to
exist.
The applicant did submit a photocopied letter from XXX Inc. without the
original signature and current date of the proffered position.
问题：
看起来去年降级律师提交485时，也提交了offer letter， 但是没有signature，这是
不是意味着我必须拿到律师去年提交的offer letter，而不能重新写一份？
关于“current job duties and position in the organization”，这个有什么特别
的要求吗：比如必须和EB2 or EB3 提交140 申请时的job description match？
“this letter should be in original”， 是说offer letter整个内容必须是手写的
吗（还必须是by an executive or officer of the organization who is
authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment，这要求也太。
。。）
“ an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or
confirm an offer of permanent employment” 可以是自己的manager吗？
“The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your
employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist”
， 这是神马意思？
另外，既然5月份我的EB2 140 又current了，我打算relink 485 到EB2 140， 问题是
，看起来5月1日前律师是不可能把REF回复了，那我能否5月1日的时候把relink
request寄出去吗，还是relink必须在回复REF以后（或同时）提交？

重新交一份签了字的EVL就行了。如果自动relink，但没要体检确实奇怪，到5月1号再
