如果换了同类工作，新雇主看不到原来的perm能加这句话么？

但是你要是能跟自己公司ＨＲ商量好，有的也不ｃａｒｅ加这么一句
关键是搞清楚你I-140 ｌａｂｏｒ ｃｅｒｔｉｆｉｃａｔｅ 上怎么写你的，
只要现任雇主把你的职责写的根以前相同或相似即可

发帖数: 1235 | 5 我们收到的REF对EVL有这个要求,"The letter must also indicate whether the
terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor
certification) continue to exist".所以,雇主不介意,加上比较好吧.

Sorry that cannot type in Chinese now.
May I know if there is a preference of the length of the Employment
Verification Letter?
Should it be one page or two pages long? Would it be better if more details
are provided?
