作，今天新公司律师给我正式提交上去了LCA的申请（邮件如下，貌似就是已
经提交LCA的意思吧？）,估计下周就可以提交h1b transfer的申请。
我没有跟新公司律师说我有这两周gap。请问我h1b transfer中间有两三周gap能被批准吗
？悲剧的可能行多大啊？谢谢！
新公司用的PP,我应该在收到receipt后就可以上班？还是需要等到正式approve后上班

发帖数: 603 | 5 请问出处在哪里？ 我在网上找了好久，大多数人说H1B没有grace period，一旦前雇主
报告你被解雇，你的H1B就终止了，当然USCIS还要时间去处理终止。所以在解雇前可以
要求雇主晚些时间报告，主要是HR负责visa的人。还要保留最后几个月的工资条，还可
以用以前积攒的休假，尽量把终止期拖后，断档越小越好，有利于拿到带I94的H1B
transfer的批件。如果不幸H1B transfer的批件不带I94，你必须离境拿H1B签证再回来。

发帖数: 2402 | 6 我觉得你应该等到h1b批了以后再上班，因为实际上你现在已经不属于 h1b transfer了
，transfer的前提是你目前还处于h1b状态。既然你3月6日离开了过去的工作单位，那
么原则上你的h1b已经于同一天失效。不过，幸好你的h1b已经pp，那15天左右就应该有
结果了，差不了几天。祝你一切顺利
