司给办PERM，我估计到时候也批不了。请问可以用这个旧的I140延期新公司的H1B么？

Your LG can transfer his H-1 B to New Co under the I 140 approval from Old
Co. The transfered H-1 B will be extended 3 years. He should have enough
time to get a new PERM with New Co. No need to change to H-4. Please follow
the instruction from the corporate attorney of the New Co. Good luck. |
