NSC,今天 收到 RFE email alert
请问一定要等收到hard copy才知道是Medical 还是 EVL吗？
我早就在公司内部换了工作，以前的部门都不在了。换工作也没做H1b amendment, 现
在的工作跟以前PERM的 job description差别还是蛮大了，心里很忐忑。
如果要EVL，我是自己写，还是找老板，HR？还是律师会按照以前的job description
做一个？
有经验的同学能给点建议吗?

at any stage of our review. The request will indicate what evidence or
information is needed for us to fully evaluate your application or petition.
The notice will explain where to send the evidence and will give the
deadline for your response. Your application or petition will be held in
suspense during that time. If you receive a request for evidence and have
questions about what you need to submit, you may call our National Customer
