Request for Evidence
On May 20, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR
TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit
the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive
the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the
requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will
be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our
Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or
call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
看着大家拿到notice是要10天， 那这明摆着是 USCIS在为难人。 如果来不及交review
的材料的话， 那结果是什么？ This case will be in suspense until we receive
the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. 那这个485的case就一直
在RFE，还是说6月交材料的话，状态就一直停在 RFE review了 ？

of your application

如果你下个月寄的回信就会一直停留在Request for Evidence Response Review直到再

交了， 然后多久可以有消息？
这种主副同时RFE的是不是就没有 visa number了？

我4.24被rfe，5.1寄到TSC被退回来，又寄到快10天了状态还没变
