昨天6：00PM 收到短信及EMAIL 被告知需要 initial evidence ，什么是initial
evidence？还没有收到信。
EMAIL 信息如下：

submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified
by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of
Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our
customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

副申请人要证明婚姻关系的材料和证明当前身份合法的材料。
我刚收到的RFE,就是这方面的内容。

个人认为这两个是不同的，initial 可能是差材料，additional是要去提供一些材料去
prove现在的status

收到信息时还以为是绿了呢。 REF有两种情况一种是：INITIAL EVIDENCE, 一种是
ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE.
我在等MAIL，看看是什么东东他们要重复要。
今天和律师通话了，看看MAIL 是否寄到律师那儿去。

发帖数: 675 | 12 其实我个人感觉没区别，因为我们当时根本没交体检报告（被律师忽悠+希望早点拿rd
），rfe也是additional evidence

发帖数: 8807 | 13 看了一下那个链接，initial evidence就是交485时一起应该提交的内容，比如出生公
正，婚姻公正，体检表，还有各时期合法居留美国的证明等。

FP 1：1/24/2014 第一次， 4/8/2014 第二次，都是WALK IN
EAD/AP : 2/12/2014
RFE-INITIAL EVIDENCE: 5/10/2014
