材料的，都可能通不过。

screen those people at that time. Anyway, most of people won't have that
kind of deceptive situation, so should be approved. |

acceptance, initial review, RFE, RFE review, decision" etc.? Does "RFE
review" consider as "pending"? |

发帖数: 9482 | 11 就是取决于485的实际处理速度。
12年EB2防水的时候只是可以交485， 拿EAD/AP, 但是当时EB2实际处理的（批准）485
还是在07年的case。 后来排期倒退回去了， 当然更不会批。
最近EB2如果current了， 485就会很快批。
