可是老板那里的funding 出了点问题，
可能无法再继续我的full time job了。
他说可以给我换成part time的，让我用EAD工作就可以（现在是H1b)
我记得以 NIW 方式申请的485期间，
必须要换相同领域的工作才可以，
但是能不能从事相同领域但是part time的工作呢？
这个没有看到过讨论。
所以诚心向大家请教，

at that time I did not apply EAD as one document could not be found.
so I cannot apply EAD now?

发帖数: 43 | 4 Yes, you can apply EAD since your I485 is pending. It is still risky to be
part time when your I485 is pending. If there is no RFE before your I-485 is
approved, you will be fine. If you got RFE for EVL, part time might be a
problem. Who knows.
