We are using the lawyer who helps me for h1b rfe for the green card. Above
is the ad she draft and for the prevailing wage. Thanks to someone's remind
about the ads. I emailed the lawyer to ask about whether it be better to put
some specific software skills like SPSS( Statistic software), Microsoft
Project (Project management ) , MySQL ( database software), payroll system
management and communication skills on the ads.
The lawyer's Reply
We can add these skills as long as you had them before this job, but should
redo the prevailing wage request to include them. Communication skills do
not normally need to be stated as they are general but if we redo, we should
include that as well.
Physical address is fine although most people use email
It seems that my lawyer does know about some rules but I have no ideas that
why she did not mention to us before.
Now I am struggling whether I should change the lawyer: It seems that she
does not proposed a good ads, which is the most important things for Perm.
On the other hand, I still think she is knowledge and nice person while I do
know whether the next lawyer will be better.
BTW, Can some normal person like me can write a good ads through internet
searching and only ask the lawyer to review or it requires lawyer'
experience?
