visa stamp，从来没听过这样的规定啊，新政策？难道为了这个特意回国一次？

Please note you will need to be in valid H-1B status in order for us to file
a PERM on your behalf. Accordingly, if you were granted a loose approval -
meaning your I-797 does not have an I-94 card attached to the bottom - you
will need to leave the U.S., obtain an H-1B visa stamp at a US consulate in
your home country (unless you are a Canadian citizen) and reenter the U.S.
in order to activate your H-1B status. Once you complete the employee
questionnaire and submit the requested documents, we will conduct a
preliminary analysis on your case and our legal team will be in touch with
you shortly afterward regarding the next steps in the PERM process.

actually, I don't believe it has an attorney license.
Cut it as earlier as possible, if not,
It will do great harm in the whole process to you.
A lot of people suffered from that kind of so called attorney.

发帖数: 1713 | 3 不会吧，LG在比较大的公司阿，律师是Fragomen的。
我也觉得这个律师有问题，但是公司给分配的，现在LG不认识公司里跟他有同样情况的
这一批需要办Eb2的人，只能来bbs问，他也发信问律师关于这个的具体条款在哪里，目
前还没回音。

PERM. 那些不是change of status 的H1B，而是loose的H1B，请你先激活你的H1B。 如
果你符合这个条件，就交那个questionnaire，之后我们人会联系你。
This email is likely targeted to F1 OPT and TN employees, F1 and TN does not

才办PERM吗？大多公司都要求一定的commitment ，六个月算短的，一年算正常的。 | d****n
