发帖数: 287 | 7 同时递交的前提是你的排期当前，如果是中国大陆出生的话那是不用考虑了。因为现在
排期是U，而且基本不可能当前。
假设你是ROW，又是当前的话，那么你可以同时递交。据我所知，140和485分别两个独
立处理流程。你先交140，过了再交485，那时间一般是更长的。如果你同时交，485有
时甚至处理的比140还快，所以有时你140好了你的绿卡也批了。
我说的可能有错，欢迎指正。
下面参考：
1. Filed 140, waited till approved, filed 485 = non-concurrent
2. Filed 140, PD become current (140 still pending) = semi-concurrent
3. Filed 140 AND 485 at the same time, sent in the same package = concurrent
The difference is that all 485-related paperwork/check started at time of
filing 485. So, if you filed 3) then FP, name check and other stuff will be
processed in parallel for 140 and 485 (multitasking :)). In most cases (if
you PD remains current) all 485 paperwork and checks could be completed by
the 140 approval - some time-saver, ha?
In case 1) USCIS will not process 485 until 140 approved :)
