步骤：
1 submit ar-11 online or fill ar-11 form and mail to uscis
2 if you have pending cases, update address for each case after you submit
ar-11, or you call uscis to update address for each case, which I did
because I could not go through online. Before you call them, have your
receipt# and A# no ready
