我的H1B今年10月第五年整。
过去两个月，我几乎被裁员/辞退了（HR都召见过了）。后来有几个人跳槽了，年初也
需要人手，所以被暂时留下。感觉连工都可能保不住，于是一月初开始投了些公司。
公司一月尾告诉我给我办绿卡。我就没再投简历了。这几天公司的律师联系我填信息。
今天收到一个公司的Interview.
现在我还要去吗？感觉我现在绿卡都开始申请了。即使有offer，来得及在第五年满前
递吗？
如果继续呆在现在公司，我什么时候能跳槽呢？
是不是说，从递交绿卡申请到140发下来之前我都不能跳槽？
如果现在准备打广告，一般来说140什么时候能拿到呢？
但是明年10月底我的H1B第六年满，是不是说即使我明年拿到140，还是要等H1B续期了
才能动？
我们公司要求我如果中途走人的话需要返交绿卡申请费，是不是意味着他们一般不会撤
销140呢？ |

is your current company? How stable is the company you just interviewed?
Your time is very limit. Since your current company is about to start your
GC, make sure they won't lay you midway through.
Also make sure you can do EB2. Remember the 4+ years you earned in current
company won't count in PERM. You will need to have experience before joining
the company. What's your current position requirements?
For new company, everything is known. You may risk missing the 'deadline'. |

EB2呢
如果我跟从现在的公司申请绿卡，还要等多久才能跳槽啊？
