发帖数: 27 | 1 我EB2, PD是4/29/2010，140提交12/27/2010，由于律师的错误填表时候没有把master
勾上，而是勾成bachalor，USCIS Request for Evidence,9/23/2011到现在 I-140得状
态都是“Request for Evidence Response Review”。前两天和公司HR通话，说是140
没批PD到了也可以提交485的，想请问各位大虾
1.140没批到底能不能提交485?
2.如果不能,有什么解决方案能保证不迟交485? "Request for Evidence Response
Review"期间还能加急么?

Without 5 years experience, your application could be under EB3 (until USCIS corrects it) and your PD would not be current. Check with your lawyer and make sure yours is EB2 (203(b)(2)). |

that USCIS is doubting that. But I'll double check with the lawyer.
