交了485。现在我在自己的H1B上，还没有收到EAD/AP，还没有打指纹。
1）我可以用follow-to-join来加速自己的绿卡吗？还是耐心的等11/06/2011交的485？
2）如果我没了工作，还能再用follow-to-join？我看follow-to-join，如果你人在美
国的话，要求我保持合法身份。如果我没了合法身份，我怎么办？我知道是可以去本地
的学校转F1的。
3）有其他方法加速自己的绿卡吗？ |

发帖数: 3271 | 9 follow-to-join means you need to leave USA and stay in China until your case
is approved. Since you already submited 485, you will NOT be out of status
even you lost your H1b. You can legally stay in US when your 485 is pending.
The only drawback is that you cannot work until you get your EAD.

she got GC now), my dependent 485 should be employment based right?
worst case, both me and my wife lose our jobs, and I got a RFE, is this
going to be a problem? can I file a family based 485 at that time?
I don't know how to pass BaoZi, and let me check I have any BaoZi to pass :)

eligibility. You are ALWAYS eligible to file 485 as EB2 with her PD if you
are in US. You don't need FB 485 (actually ineligible).
