My company will be acquired by another company-xxx with similar business
type. Right now, my PD date is March 2008. There are two possibilities about
this acquistion:
1) the company still use same logo/name . I can get the salary from the same
old company. my current company will be "a xxx company"
2) My current boss will be VP of xxx company. My current company will change
the logo and I will get my salary from xxx company.
How those situations affects my 485 submissions? Thank you very much!!! |

1) No change at all.
2) Your H-1B and I-140 will be transferred to new company. Then everything
will be the same.

to submit the I-485? Thank you! |

发帖数: 1671 | 5 If your current employer won't be a legal entity anymore, then you will need
the transfer. It depends on how long will be the transition, which may
take years before the logo of company got bought phases out.
