current. Just because your main applicant catch it on 2007/07 does not mean
you are allowed to follow later on. If you miss to file on 2007/07, then
you should not be able to submit 485 after that date. |

(for whatever the reasons).

发帖数: 1350 | 17 Their spouses (with old PD, like 2006) became current in summer 2008, so they got a chance to submit their I-485 applications, but they needed at least several months to get their name check etc. done before their I-485 could be approved, however the visa bulletin in the next month retrogressed and their status became non current and was kept unchanged till Jan 2011. Their I-485 could have already been approved by now.

2）2008年H-1B延期三年，有效期是2008年十月一日到2011年九月三十号。
3）2010年收到I-140批复
4）可是，我在2011年七月要换工作，须要办理H-1B transfer！
我在2011年七月办理的H-1B transfer,生效期应该是从哪天到哪天呢？
A) 2011年七月到2011年九月三十日
B) 2011年七月到2014年九月三十日
C) 2011年七月到2014年七月
