标 题: 急问msft perm打广告有美国人应征怎么办?

刚收到律师电邮,说有美国人应征,所以要等半年再打广告。这种事情很少发生吧?而
且我的职位要求至少masters以上。。。感觉很倒霉。下一次要改改job description,
让广告更找不到人吗?
比较诡异的是,几个星期前律师还让我确认9089表,说perm已经可以准备file了,签好
字的推荐信也早已经交给律师了。今天却说就是在这最后几星期内有美国人应征。这个
解释靠谱吗?

companies tend to run batch recruitment, multiple employees will use the
same round of advertisement. Which also means any resumes received will

holders). Your lawyer should not just stop there. Your boss needs to read
all applicants' resume and then conduct interviews. Then write a report
details who he/she interviewed and the reasons those applicants were not
qualified. For instance, during interview, we asked Mr. XXXX this question,
which is a very basic question for this job. Mr. XXXX couldn't gave
satisfied answers, which lead us believe he cannot handle this job well.
